An apprenticeship/traineeship is a full or part-time employment-based training program, which usually leads to a nationally recognised qualification.
Some employers are able to offer training on-the-job while others welcome the opportunity for trainees to receive a combination of on-and-off-the-job training, usually with the involvement of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN)
We offer a unique and flexible arrangement allowing for a large percentage of training and assessment services to be provided on-the-job for apprentices and trainees. This minimises disruption to your business with apprentices being off-site for long periods and also provides the apprentice or trainee with a mentor in regards to their training and assessment.
The majority of your training is delivered in the workplace through a combination of structured withdrawals both on and off the job. We work with you and your employer to customise your training plan and support your learning through regular workplace visits. We make sure you get time both on the tools to complete your practical learning and off the tools to take care of your theoretical learning. Either way you’ll learn all the in’s and out’s of your chosen trade.
